What Rewizor nexo and Rewizor GT cost in 2026: the price list for companies and accounting offices, where you pay per client, not per seat

What Rewizor nexo and Rewizor GT cost in 2026: the price list for companies and accounting offices, where you pay per client, not per seat

An office doesn't buy Rewizor by the seat

Rewizor nexo for three workstations costs 2 575 zł net. That's the number on the leaflet, and it's the wrong number for most of the people who search for it. Accounting offices buy Rewizor from a different section of InsERT's price list, and in that section the price depends on how many clients you keep books for. The number of people at desks doesn't come into it.

That changes the maths considerably. At 50 full-accounting clients, Rewizor nexo PRO costs 3 510 zł for the licence and 1 279 zł a year for updates. Rewizor GT costs 5 890 zł and 3 030 zł. Same vendor, same 50 clients, and the yearly bill differs by more than 1 700 zł.

I build integrations and AI agents for accounting offices, most of them on InsERT, Optima or enova365, so I read these lists when an office asks what its stack really costs. Below: company prices, office prices per client entity, the Abonament, what the API costs, and a three-year comparison. It sits alongside the Subiekt price list, Comarch Optima and enova365.

Sources. InsERT's Cennik detaliczny obowiązujący od 2 stycznia 2026 r. (15 pages, a copy hosted by an InsERT partner), pages 4–11. I checked it against InsERT's own leaflets on insert.com.pl dated 9 February 2026: Rewizor nexo at 1 535 / 2 575 zł and Rewizor GT at 1 975 zł match. All prices are net, before 23% VAT. The list states it is not a commercial offer, and partners can discount.

Company licences: what a business pays once

Program 1 workstation 3 workstations +1 workstation +3 workstations
Rewizor nexo 1 535 zł 2 575 zł 1 245 zł 2 135 zł
Rewizor nexo PRO 2 745 zł 4 365 zł 2 395 zł 3 785 zł
Rewizor GT 1 975 zł (no seat count on the company list)
Rewizor GT Sfera 3 950 zł

Upgrading from nexo to nexo PRO costs 1 315 zł for one workstation or 1 975 zł for three. Buy Rewizor nexo for three seats now and upgrade later and you've paid 4 550 zł, 185 zł more than buying PRO up front. On Subiekt the same route costs just 15 zł extra. Here, upgrading late costs you something — not much, but something.

Users of older Rewizor versions get the "cena specjalna", which is half: 1 287,50 zł for Rewizor nexo on three workstations, 2 182,50 zł for nexo PRO. A Rewizor dla Windows user moving to GT pays 1 315 zł instead of 1 975 zł. GT also has a 575 zł licence for a remote or branch location.

The office list: you pay per client entity

The list has a separate section, Cennik systemów InsERT dla biur rachunkowych, offered only to entities authorised to provide bookkeeping, tax advice or audit services. For Rewizor it looks like this:

Office licence Base Extension Abonament, on time Abonament, late
Rewizor nexo PRO 2 745 zł for 10 entities +765 zł up to 50; above 50 on request 939 zł (≤10), 1 279 zł (≤50) 1 119 zł, 1 469 zł
Rewizor GT 1 975 zł for 5 entities, unlimited workstations +435 zł per 5 more 879 zł + 239 zł per 5 more 989 zł + 279 zł per 5 more
Rewizor GT Sfera 3 950 zł for 5 entities, unlimited workstations

Two things stand out.

The office list has no plain Rewizor nexo line. Only nexo PRO appears there. And the GT lines spell out "unlimited workstations", while the nexo PRO line names only the entity count. If you're planning eight accountants on nexo PRO, get the workstation terms in writing from the partner.

The scaling is opposite. GT starts cheaper and grows linearly, 435 zł per five clients. nexo PRO starts higher but covers everything from 11 to 50 entities with one 765 zł step. So the crossover comes early:

Clients Rewizor nexo PRO: licence / yearly Rewizor GT: licence / yearly
10 2 745 zł / 939 zł 2 410 zł / 1 118 zł
20 3 510 zł / 1 279 zł 3 280 zł / 1 596 zł
50 3 510 zł / 1 279 zł 5 890 zł / 3 030 zł

Over three years, assuming the licence covers the first year of updates and you renew on time, 10 clients cost almost exactly the same either way: 4 623 zł on nexo PRO, 4 646 zł on GT. At 50 clients it's 6 068 zł against 11 950 zł. Above 50, the nexo PRO price just reads "Tel.", and from there you're negotiating.

The Abonament and the 30-day rule

Every Abonament on InsERT's list has two prices. The lower one applies if you buy the next year "no later than 30 days after the previous one expires". For companies, up to three workstations:

Abonament, company, up to 3 workstations Renewed within 30 days Renewed later Each extra workstation
Rewizor nexo 539 zł 729 zł 49 zł / 62 zł
Rewizor nexo PRO 939 zł 1 119 zł 94 zł / 108 zł
Rewizor GT 879 zł 989 zł

The gap is smaller than on Subiekt, where nexo jumps 54%. Here it's 35% for Rewizor nexo and 19% for nexo PRO. For an office with 50 clients on GT, missing the window costs 470 zł (3 030 zł vs 3 500 zł).

The Abonament is what keeps the program in line with the law: JPK_VAT structures, KSeF, new declaration forms. The list doesn't say whether a new licence includes its first year, so ask before you budget. Phone support is a separate line, teleKonsultant: 595 zł a year for Rewizor nexo and GT, 795 zł for nexo PRO, or 539 zł and 719 zł if you buy it together with the Abonament.

Office bundles

If the office runs the whole InsERT stack, the bundles in the same section are where the money is:

Bundle nexo PRO GT
Biuro rachunkowe (Subiekt, Rachmistrz, Rewizor) 3 495 zł 2 595 zł
Biuro rachunkowe plus (+ Biuro) 4 375 zł 3 335 zł
Biuro rachunkowo-płacowe (+ Gratyfikant) 6 125 zł 4 385 zł
Biuro rachunkowo-płacowe plus 6 735 zł 5 145 zł
Doradca podatkowy (+ Gestor) 6 645 zł 4 925 zł

Biuro rachunkowe nexo PRO at 3 495 zł includes Rewizor nexo PRO, which costs 2 745 zł on its own. So Subiekt nexo PRO (one workstation) and Rachmistrz nexo PRO cost 750 zł together. The list doesn't say which entity limits the bundled licences carry, so check with the partner. And each program in the bundle still needs its own Abonament; there's no Abonament for the bundle as a whole.

What the API costs

Both lines call their API Sfera. They sell it in completely different ways.

Rewizor GT: Sfera dla Rewizora GT is an add-on at 1 975 zł, or 3 950 zł for Rewizor GT Sfera as a bundle (5 entities, unlimited workstations). That doubles the cost of the program.

Rewizor nexo PRO: Sfera comes with PRO. The licence is per program, so owning Subiekt nexo PRO gives you nothing for Rewizor; I covered that and what Rewizor nexo PRO's own posting schemas already do separately. The event layer, Sfera PRO+, is a yearly subscription. For offices it's priced per pack of 50 entities: 300 zł for the first pack, 200 zł per pack for packs 2–4, 120 zł for 5–10. Companies pay per workstation, from 450 zł for the first.

For a 50-client office that means 300 zł a year for Sfera PRO+ on nexo, against a one-off 1 975 zł for Sfera on GT. If you want an agent to import bank statements or propose postings, as in MT940 matching in InsERT nexo, that gap matters.

Three costs that aren't on the Rewizor line

1. Client number 51. On nexo PRO, the 51st client takes you off the list and into a phone call. If you're at 45 and growing, ask for the Open price before you sign the 50-entity licence.

2. SQL Server. Both lines run on Microsoft SQL Server. Express caps each database at 10 GB, and an office database holding 50 companies' history will get there. SQL Server 2022 Runtime is 630 zł for a server with one client, plus 630 zł per extra CAL, with at least three client workstations on the first order.

3. The clients who aren't on InsERT. Most offices I talk to run two or three systems, because clients bring their own. The licence maths above covers only one of them. The rest is in running an office across different ERP systems.

If you're planning a move to nexo PRO or adding an agent on top of Rewizor and want the licence plan checked before anyone writes code, get in touch.

Christmas gifts 2026 for employees and business partners: PIT, ZUS, VAT. The 1,000 zł social-fund limit, vouchers, and 100 zł in VAT

A 400 zł hamper from the social fund can cost the employee nothing, while the same hamper bought from company money means 126.90 zł of deductions and 81.92 zł of employer ZUS. A voucher from the fund gets no PIT exemption, and the 1,000 zł limit is annual, so summer holiday subsidies eat into it. Add 100 zł in VAT and 200 zł in PIT for gifts to business partners. Here's what an office checks in November.

Subiekt nexo for 3 workstations is 1 275 zł net, Subiekt GT 1 045 zł, nexo PRO 2 575 zł. Those are perpetual licences, and then there's the yearly Abonament: 349 zł for nexo if you renew within 30 days of expiry, 539 zł if later. What Comarch ERP Optima costs in 2026: the subscription list, Basic vs Pro, and three costs it leaves out

Optima's price list is public: Podstawowy 59 zł a month, Logistyka Basic 75 zł, Księga Handlowa 175 zł. The catch is the word Pro: it's a top-up on Basic, not a separate tier, so full accounting in Finanse costs 250 zł, not 200. Plus the Podstawowy limits, how HR counts employees for accounting offices, and two worked examples.
