What Subiekt nexo and Subiekt GT cost in 2026: licence prices, the Abonament, and the 30 days that raise the renewal by half
The licence is cheap. The calendar is what costs money.
Subiekt nexo for three workstations costs 1 275 zł net. Subiekt GT costs 1 045 zł. Next to the Comarch Optima subscription, where one sales seat runs 134 zł a month, InsERT looks almost free. For the licence itself, it nearly is.
The line people miss is the yearly Abonament, which buys the updates: new VAT rules, JPK structures, KSeF. Every Abonament on InsERT's list has two prices, and the only difference between them is a date. Renew no later than 30 days after the old one expires and Subiekt nexo costs 349 zł a year. Renew later and the same year costs 539 zł.
I integrate Subiekt with B2B portals, bank statements and AI agents for accounting offices, so I end up reading this list more often than I'd like. Below: the licences, the Abonament, what the API costs in each line, the accounting-office prices, and a three-year comparison with Optima and enova365.
Sources. The full list is InsERT's Cennik detaliczny obowiązujący od 2 stycznia 2026 r. (15 pages), in a copy hosted by an InsERT partner. I checked it against InsERT's own product leaflets on insert.com.pl, dated 9 February 2026. Every price that appears in both matches. Everything is net, before 23% VAT. The list says it is not a commercial offer, and partners can discount.
Licences: what you pay once
| Program | 1 workstation | 3 workstations | +1 workstation | +3 workstations |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Subiekt nexo | 765 zł | 1 275 zł | 595 zł | 1 095 zł |
| Subiekt nexo PRO | 1 535 zł | 2 575 zł | 1 255 zł | 2 135 zł |
| Subiekt GT | no 1-seat licence | 1 045 zł | n/a | 765 zł |
| Subiekt GT Sfera | 2 090 zł (1 Sfera + 2 GT workstations) | 655 zł |
Three things about this table that aren't obvious.
GT only comes in threes. The base Subiekt GT package covers three workstations. Per seat that works out to about 348 zł, cheaper than nexo (425 zł) and far cheaper than nexo PRO (858 zł). There's also a 375 zł GT licence for a remote or branch location.
Upgrading later costs almost nothing extra. Moving 3 workstations from nexo to nexo PRO is 1 315 zł. Buy nexo now and upgrade next year, and you've paid 1 275 + 1 315 = 2 590 zł, only 15 zł more than buying PRO up front. So there's no penalty for starting small.
Owners of old InsERT programs pay half. The "cena specjalna" rows apply to users of older versions, and the footnote names the GT line, DOS, Subiekt dla Windows and mikroSubiekt. A GT user moving to nexo pays 637,50 zł for 3 workstations, or 1 287,50 zł for nexo PRO. If you're planning that move, read about what actually migrates from GT to nexo before you pay for it.
The Abonament: what you pay every year
| Abonament, up to 3 workstations | Renewed within 30 days | Renewed later | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Subiekt nexo | 349 zł | 539 zł | +54% |
| Subiekt nexo PRO | 579 zł | 749 zł | +29% |
| Subiekt GT | 499 zł | 619 zł | +24% |
Above three workstations, nexo adds 29 zł per extra workstation (43 zł if late) and nexo PRO adds 59 zł (72 zł). GT charges per further three workstations: 149,90 zł, or 198 zł if late.
The list prices the licence and the Abonament as separate lines. It does not say whether a new licence comes with its first year of updates included, so ask the partner before you put the number in a budget. I've also seen resellers write that the program keeps working after the Abonament lapses and only stops getting updates. InsERT's list doesn't say that, so I wouldn't plan on it. In a year with a KSeF change, an unpatched Subiekt is a problem anyway.
Phone support is a separate line too. teleKonsultant is 395 zł a year for nexo and GT, or 495 zł for nexo PRO. It drops to 339 zł and 429 zł if you buy it at the same moment as the Abonament.
What the API costs: Sfera in GT vs nexo
Both lines call their programming interface Sfera. They sell it in completely different ways.
Subiekt GT: Sfera is an add-on. Sfera dla Subiekta GT is 1 045 zł on top of a GT you already own. Each further Sfera workstation is 655 zł, or 875 zł with an extra GT workstation included. If you're starting from zero, Subiekt GT Sfera at 2 090 zł bundles one Sfera workstation with two ordinary GT workstations. It's COM-based, and I've covered how the GT Sfera integration behaves in practice separately. As far as I can see, the list has no separate Abonament line for Sfera, so ask whether the GT Abonament covers it.
Subiekt nexo: Sfera is a feature of nexo PRO, not a product. So "buying the API" means buying PRO, or upgrading to it: 819 zł for one workstation and 1 315 zł for three. Then there's the event layer, the part that lets your code react inside the program: block a save, add a menu item. That's a third purchase, Sfera PRO+, sold as a 12-month subscription: 450 zł for the first workstation, 170 zł each for workstations 2–4 and 140 zł for 5–10. The nexo Sfera guide explains which integrations need PRO+ and which don't.
If you only need to read data out of Subiekt, for example to feed stock into a portal, you may not need Sfera at all. The moment you need to write documents back in, you do.
Accounting offices: client licences
The list has a section offered only to entities authorised to provide bookkeeping, tax advice or audit services. Two lines in it matter for clients who invoice in Subiekt:
| Licence for accounting-office clients | 1 licence | 3 licences | 5 licences |
|---|---|---|---|
| Subiekt GT | 836 zł (retail 1 045 zł) | 2 194 zł | 3 135 zł |
| Subiekt nexo, 1 workstation | 612 zł (retail 765 zł) | 1 606,50 zł | 3 135 zł |
That's 20% off retail on a single licence, which is a handy answer when a client asks the office which invoicing program to buy. The section also has the office's own bundles, for example Zestaw Biuro rachunkowe nexo PRO (Subiekt nexo PRO 1 workstation, Rachmistrz nexo PRO, Rewizor nexo PRO) at 3 495 zł.
Three years, three sales workstations: InsERT vs Optima vs enova365
Optima and enova365 charge by the month and InsERT charges once plus a year of updates, so the only fair comparison is a total over time. Here it is for three sales and warehouse workstations over 36 months at list prices. For InsERT I assumed the licence covers the first year of updates and that you renew on time. If it doesn't, add one more Abonament.
| Year 1 | Every year after | 3 years total | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Subiekt nexo | 1 275 zł | 349 zł | 1 973 zł |
| Subiekt GT | 1 045 zł | 499 zł | 2 043 zł |
| Subiekt nexo PRO (with Sfera) | 2 575 zł | 579 zł | 3 733 zł |
| enova365 Silver, 3 seats at 70 zł/month | 2 520 zł | 2 520 zł | 7 560 zł |
| Comarch Optima, 3 × (Podstawowy 59 + Logistyka Basic 75) | 4 824 zł | 4 824 zł | 14 472 zł |
The enova365 row counts seat prices only; the enova365 price list post has the rest. Even with a generous margin, for a small sales team Subiekt costs a fraction of the subscription systems. What you give up is the scale those platforms reach, and an API you can buy as a single line item.
Three costs that aren't on the list
1. The late renewal. It's on the list, technically, but nobody budgets for it. Miss the 30-day window on nexo and the year costs 190 zł more. Put the expiry date in a calendar that someone actually reads.
2. SQL Server beyond Express. Both lines run on Microsoft SQL Server. The free Express edition caps each database at 10 GB. The list sells SQL Server 2022 Runtime at 630 zł for a server with one client, plus 630 zł per extra client CAL, and the footnote says the first order must cover at least three client workstations. That's roughly 1 900 zł if your database outgrows Express.
3. The integration itself. The licence for Sfera is the cheap part. The work is mapping your warehouse, price lists and documents to whatever sits on the other side. I've compared what the APIs of enova365, Optima and Subiekt actually allow, and that's usually where the real estimate starts.
